Strawberry Rhubarb Clouds - cooking recipe

4 egg whites (at room temperature)
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 pt. Haagen-Dazs strawberry ice cream
2 c. rhubarb sauce
strawberries (for garnish)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 225\u00b0.
In a medium bowl with mixer at high speed, beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until soft peaks form.
Gradually sprinkle in sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time, beating well after each addition and until sugar dissolves and whites stand in stiff glossy peaks.
