Mammaw'S Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. strained persimmon
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. butter (room temperature)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour in baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
