"Sour Cream Pound Cake" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. margarine
    6 eggs, separated
    8 oz. sour cream
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
    Beat in egg yolks until well blended.
    Beat in sour cream and vanilla. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together.
    Beat flour mixture into margarine mixture, one cup at a time, until well blended. Gently fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.

    15 minutes.

    1 1/2 hours.
