Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can LeSueur peas, drained
    1 can Shoepeg corn
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 small bunch green onions
    2 c. celery
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Heat vinegar and sugar until dissolved.
    Add salt and oil; pour over ingredients.
    Let stand at least 1 hour before serving.
