Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly 1/4 cup of soup with other ingredients.
    Shape into patties.
    Place in shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Spoon off fat.
    Mix rest of soup with 1/3 cup of water. Pour over patties and bake 10 minutes more.
