Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    15 corn tortillas
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 (7 oz.) can green chili sauce
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. light cream
    1 c. chicken stock
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil until tender.
    Remove from heat and add chicken, chili sauce, sour cream and salt.
    In a flat, shallow bowl, combine cream and chicken stock.
