Toasty Peach Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (No. 2 1/2) cans peaches
    1 c. oats
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. melted oleo
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Put peaches with juice in 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over peaches.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve with whipped topping.
