Beef Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) box flat noodles
    1 (12 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    1 bunch spring onions or 1 medium onion
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch baking pan or casserole dish.
    Blend sour cream and cream cheese.
    Spread over noodles.
    Saute beef, onions, salt, pepper and sugar.
    Add tomato sauce to beef mixture; heat through.
    Pour over cream cheese and noodles.
    Stick a fork down through noodles so tomato mixture will go through.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
