Pineapple And Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. thinly sliced ripe bananas
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl (make a hole in the center).
Pour in all other ingredients.
Stir with a spoon. Do not overbeat.
Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
