Cheeseburger Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. Minute original rice, uncooked
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain off fat.
    Stir in water, catsup, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice; cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff rice with fork and sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and let stand for 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Serve as a main dish with salad.
    Serves 4.
