Aunt Viddie'S Onion Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 large onions, sliced into rings
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. milk
    toast
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add onions and cook, covered, until tender. Combine soup and milk; pour over onions.
    Add Cheddar cheese. Heat until smooth and bubbles.
    Serve over toast.
