Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour, sifted
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together sugar, flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add salad oil, eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add carrots and pecans. Bake in 3 layers in cake pans which have been greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
