Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 head cauliflower
    1 lb. bacon
    2 red onions or 10 green onions
    1 1/2 to 2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Fry, drain and crumble bacon.
    Wash and tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
    Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
    Place ingredients in layers beginning with lettuce.
    Do not toss.
    Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
    Toss to serve.
    Do not cut lettuce or it will turn brown.
