Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. shortening
3 eggs
6 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 c. mashed bananas
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

Mix well and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours in tube or Bundt pan, greased and floured.
