Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    3 tsp. onion, finely cut
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. mayonnaise (or less)
    3 c. cooked and cubed potatoes
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine hard-boiled eggs, potatoes and onion in bowl.
    In separate bowl, combine oil, vinegar and salt.
    Pour mixture over potato mixture.
    Chill for at least 2 hours (can chill overnight). Before serving, add mayonnaise to taste.
