Low-Fat Cheesy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) light cream cheese, soft
1 1/2 c. skim milk
10 3/4 oz. can low-fat condensed cream of chicken soup
16 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 c. quick cooking brown rice
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. toasted wheat germ
Preparation

Spray 2-quart round casserole with nonstick coating.
Place cream cheese in the casserole.
Stir in the milk.
Stir in the soup until well blended, then add the thawed vegetables, cooked chicken, uncooked rice, half the Parmesan cheese, pepper and garlic powder.
