Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef (round or sirloin)
    1 can Italian style tomatoes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Saute onion, pepper and celery until tender.
    Add ground beef and Italian style tomatoes.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 until done, approximately 1 hour.
