Mock Duck(Filled Steak) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 thick round steak
2 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. onion, minced
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
poultry seasoning

Preparation

To make dressing, beat eggs; add milk.
Pour over bread crumbs.
Add the onion and seasoning.
Work butter into mixture, mixing thoroughly.
