Peaches And Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
    1/2 c. sugar and 1 Tbsp.
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, soft
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (15 oz.) can sliced peaches, drain and save 3 Tbsp. juice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding, butter, egg and milk; beat for 2 minutes.
    Pour into a greased 9-inch deep dish or regular pie pan.
    Lay peach slices over batter.
    Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cupful of sugar and 3 tablespoons of peach juice. Beat for 2 minutes.
    Spread evenly over top of cake, leaving 1 inch around edge.
    Combine 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
    Sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serves 8.
