Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self-rising meal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 2/3 c. buttermilk or regular milk
1 c. creamed corn
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 large onion, diced
10 Mexican finger peppers, chopped
1 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese
Preparation

Have all ingredients measured and handy to mix.
Mix in order given.
Bake in oblong
greased pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch) at 475\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Let sit a few minutes before cutting.
