Cole Slaw Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. Mazola oil
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in glass jar.
(Use less oil and sugar for lower calorie dressing.)
Serve over finely grated cabbage and shredded with carrot, green pepper and onion, if desired.
Any leftover will keep a day or two in refrigerator.
