Russian Tea Cakes(Pecan Balls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter (room temperature)
    2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. finely chopped pecans
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Blend flour, butter and sugar. Add nuts and vanilla. Roll into balls the size of nuts. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Roll in powdered sugar. Cool. Roll in sugar again. Yields 4 dozen.
