Pink Cloud - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) box strawberry gelatin
    1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    1 large Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine pineapple and sugar in saucepan. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat. Add gelatin and mix well.
    Cool to room temperature, then stir in cottage cheese.
    Fold in Cool Whip. Chill.
