Hot Buttered Rum - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    2 lb. brown sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add spices.
    Pour over sugar and mix.
    When cool, add eggs.
    Beat one hour.
    Put one heaping teaspoon of mixture in cup.
    Add a jigger of rum and fill cup with boiling water.
    Freezes well.
