Souffled Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches broccoli
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sliced onions
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Trim and separate broccoli.
    Cook in small amount of boiling, salted water for 10 minutes.
    Melt butter and cook onions until soft.
    Cut broccoli into chunks and puree with onions.
    Put in bowl and blend in lemon juice, salt and 3/4 of cheese.
    Fold in egg.
    Spoon into buttered dish.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
