Arnaud'S Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 3/4 oz.) jar Zatarain's Creole mustard
    5 tsp. horseradish
    3 Tbsp. sweet Hungarian paprika*
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 drops Tabasco sauce
    1/8 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
    2 to 3 lb. shrimp, boiled and peeled
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except shrimp.
    Pour over shrimp; marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve ice cold shrimp over a bed of shredded lettuce on individual salad plates.
