Nachos El Grego - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast, boiled thoroughly
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    2/3 lb. Colby cheese
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    large bag nacho chips
Preparation
    Shred chicken very finely; add all seasonings.
    Marinate 1 hour.
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Line glass pie pan with nacho chips. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese (shredded), then add chicken; top with rest of cheese and add onions.
    Bake 5 to 7 minutes.
