Stefanie'S Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. All-Bran
    1 c. Bran Flakes
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve the baking soda in 1 cup boiling water; set aside to cool.
    Cream butter and sugar together, then add eggs.
    Stir in by hand the remaining ingredients.
    Finally, stir in the soda water. Bake in muffin pans at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
