Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 small cans beef broth
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 carrots, finely chopped
1 cut up tomato or 1 small can tomato sauce
1 c. potatoes, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook lean, raw beef in 2-inches of water with soup mix for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring often. Add the broth, vegetables, carrots, tomato, potatoes and salt and pepper.
Cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender.
