Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. water
1 c. salt
4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. oil

Preparation

Cook over medium heat; stir frequently.
Add food coloring. Don't overcook.
Remove from pan and onto wax paper when it starts to harden.
Knead in a little flour when cooled.
Store in an airtight container.
