Holiday Bavarian Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. braunschweiger (Kahn's Bavarian style preferred)
    4 c. (two 1 lb. cartons) sour cream (Borden preferred)
    2 envelopes onion soup mix (Lipton preferred)
Preparation
    Cut the braunschweiger into small pieces.
    Add the sour cream and the onion soup mix to the braunschweiger in a large mixing bowl.
    Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and well blended.
