Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 medium chopped onion
1 small can mushrooms
1 3/4 c. rice (uncooked Comet rice)
2 cans Campbell's consomme
1 1/2 cans water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
On top of stove, melt margarine.
Saute onions in melted margarine.
Add mushrooms undrained.
Add rice and stir until warm, then add consomme stirring until warm.
Put in large baking dish and cover.
Bake for 1 hour.
After baking for about 30 minutes, stir well and return to oven to continue cooking.
