Pepper Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 doz. large peppers (red and green)
15 medium onions
1/2 c. salt
boiling water
1 1/2 pt. vinegar
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Combine seasonings
with peppers and onions and boil 15 minutes.
Pack in jars and seal.
