Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 medium onion
1 medium bell pepper
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 whole chicken
1 pkg. spaghetti
1 small Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Boil chicken.
Save broth to boil spaghetti in.
Debone chicken.
Cook spaghetti in broth.
Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.
Drain spaghetti.
Add onion and bell pepper.
Add soups, cheese and Ro-Tel diced tomatoes.
Mix well.
Serve warm.
Serves 6 to 8.
