Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. warm milk
    2 c. flour
    4 pkg. dry yeast
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. oil
    8 to 10 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together warm milk, flour, yeast and sugar to make a sponge. Cover and let rise until double in bulk, about 1/2 hour. Add the eggs, oil and salt to sponge and mix well. Then add flour, 2 cups at a time until you have a nice, soft dough. Cover and let rise again until double in bulk. Dump out on floured board. Knead a few minutes. Then roll out in oblong shape. Spread melted butter over dough and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Cover with raisins and nuts, if desired. Roll up into long roll. Slice or cut with a string. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until browned. (Frost, if desired.)
