Sausage Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie crusts, softened
    1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
Preparation
    Spread sausage over both pie crusts.
    Roll up and spread roll to the size of a nickle.
    Place in freezer and freeze until hardened enough to slice.
    Slice about 1/4-inch thick.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
