Chicken With Duck Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
    8 oz. Russian dressing
    2 envelopes Lipton onion soup mix
    8 oz. apricot preserves or jam
Preparation
    Put chicken in open roaster.
    Mix all other ingredients together and spread over chicken.
    Bake 2 hours, uncovered, at 300\u00b0.
