Overnight Salad(Serves 50) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Prepare the day before needed for use.
    Place in a refrigerator overnight.
    Place milk in double boiler.
    When warm, add eggs, mustard and salt.
    Cook until thick.
    Remove from stove and add lemon juice.
