Curried Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. ginger
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 1/2 tsp. curry
    1 c. chicken stock
    2 c. shrimp
Preparation
    Melt butter; blend in onion and curry.
    Stir in flour and seasonings.
    Cook over low heat until smooth.
    Remove from heat; stir in broth and then milk.
    Return to heat and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Add shrimp.
    Serve over rice.
