Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
    5 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 2/3 c. evaporated milk or light cream
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Prick pie shell and bake for 5 minutes at 400\u00b0; cool.
    Mix cheese, bacon and onion and place in shell.
    Mix rest of ingredients well and pour on top of cheese, bacon and onion.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30
    to 35 minutes or until center is firm.
