Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    zucchini squash (unpeeled), sliced
    Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Fry meat, onion and garlic in butter and season with salt and sweet basil.
    Drain and spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan; cover with zucchini slices and top each slice with some Velveeta cheese.
    Add one more layer of zucchini.
    Mix cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.
    Spread this over the top; cover with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
