Chocolate Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    4 c. corn flakes or puffed wheat or rice cereal
Preparation
    Melt chocolate over hot water.
    Stir in cinnamon and 2 cups cereal; blend thoroughly.
    Turn into large bowl; stir remaining cereal until completely coated.
    Press into a waxed paper-lined 8-inch square pan.
    Refrigerate 1 1/2 to 2 hours until firm.
    Cut with knife into pieces.
