Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut up
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 c. cornflake crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Romano cheese
    1/2 c. parsley
    garlic salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken.
    Marinate in oil for 1 to 2 hours, turning often.
    Combine other ingredients in a large shallow dish. Roll chicken in mixture and place in greased, shallow baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour until crisp and tender.
