Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. finely sliced rhubarb
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped raisins (optional)
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or butter substitute
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Combine sugar and egg.
    Add rhubarb, crumbs, salt, raisins and butter or butter substitute.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into pastry-lined pie pan.
    Cover with top crust.
    Bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
