Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. quick cooking grits
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. softened oleo
    1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) sharp shredded Cheddar, divided
Preparation
    In saucepan, bring water and salt to boil.
    Slowly stir in grits.
    Reduce heat and cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove grits from heat and add a small amount of grits into eggs.
    Return to saucepan, stir in sausage, 1 cup cheese, milk and oleo.
    Stir until oleo melts.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes, or until starts to brown.
