Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    grated rind and juice of 1 1/2 lemons
    3 beaten egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch and sugar.
    Cover with rind and juice of lemons; add beaten egg yolks and boiling water.
    Cook until just thick.
    When cool, pour into baked pie shell and cover with meringue and brown in oven at 425\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
