Chicken-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked chicken (about 3 chickens)
    2 boxes cooked wild or white rice
    3 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. half and half
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Saute the celery, onion and green pepper in margarine.
    Mix all ingredients well, reserving 1 cup of grated cheese.
    Place chicken mixture in casserole and top with reserved cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot.
    Serves 25.
