Chicken Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cooked chicken breast halves, boned, skinned and cubed
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 c. diced green onion
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
    1 c. sour cream
    12 (12-inch) flour tortillas
    oil (to brown)
Preparation
    Mix chicken, cheeses, onion, chilies and sour cream.
    (It's easiest to do this with your hands.)
    Put 2/3 cup of the mixture in the center of each tortilla and roll up.
    Cook the rolled tortillas, seam side down first, in 1/2 to 1-inch of hot oil until tortillas are well browned on all sides.
    Serve hot with salsa, sour cream or guacamole on the side.
