Nutty Buddy Yam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 large sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 whole egg
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Peel and boil potatoes until tender; drain.
Add sugar, egg, spices, margarine and milk. Beat until smooth.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.
