Whole Wheat Bread In One Step - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yeast cake
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 qt. water
    1 1/3 c. dry milk
    10 c. flour (mostly whole wheat)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and sugar in 1/2 cup lukewarm water.
    Add quart of water and butter.
    Add flour with salt and dry milk.
    Mix well. Divide into 3 loaves; dough will be sticky but no kneading is necessary.
    Let rise about 2 hours in warm place.
    Bake at 420\u00b0 for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Turn heat off last 10 minutes of cooking time, making it 1 hour altogether.
